JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• Bedrooms and living room

• Sweep/Vacuum and mop floor

• Clean and polish all mirrors

• Changing of bed linen

• Dusting of furniture

• Kitchen

• Sweep/Vacuum & mop floor

• Wipe cooking stove and exterior of electrical appliances

• Wash and disinfect basin

• Bathroom

• Clean and disinfect bathtub, basin, toilet bowl

• Washing of toilet floor and walls

• Clean and polish all mirrors

• Others

• Empty trash

• Clean windows and window grills

• Ironing

 

FREQUENCY:

• Weekly, once or more times a week or fortnight basis

• Minimum 3 hours per session

Hourly Rates:

• Cleaning Fees: (Minimal commitment of 4 cleaning sessions)

  • $24.00 per hourly

• Landed Property and Penthouse units charges may differ on case-to-case basis ​
