Terms & Conditions

PART-TIME HELPER:

  • Sparkling HouseKeeping Services reserves the right to amend the initial quotation depending on cleaning requirements based on case-to-case basis. 

  • Hourly rates may vary for shorter time-frame, larger apartments or houses, etc

  • Additional cleaning hours will be subjected to helper's availability.

  • Any special housekeeping requests shall be mentioned in advance.

  • A notice of 2 business days is required from the client for a replacement.

  • Delay in arrival from house owner shall be informed at least 24 hours in advance, else additional cleaning fees may apply.

  • Cleaning fees paid are non-refundable or subjected to Sparkling Housekeeping Services discretion.

  • Cleaning products & equipments to be provided by house owner.

SPRING CLEANING SERVICES / ADHOC CLEANING:​

  • Client is required to check on the apartment/house on completion of service. Any touching up on areas will only be done after inspection by owner.

  • Any special housekeeping requests shall be mentioned in advance.

  • Delay in arrival from house owner shall be informed at least 24 hours in advance, else additional cleaning fees will be pro-rated accordingly.

PRE-MOVING & POST RENOVATION:​

  • Client is required to check on the apartment/house on completion of service. Any touching up on areas will only be done after inspection by owner.

  • Any special housekeeping requests shall be mentioned in advance.

  • Delay in arrival from house owner shall be informed at least 24 hours in advance, else additional cleaning fees will be pro-rated accordingly.
